Activate a gift card

In short: a YLC gift card opens months of Pass and their credits. You win it in The Green's draw or someone gives it to you. You activate it with its code, on the Gift card page.

Activating your card

1. Open the My account menu (your avatar) and click Gift card. The button in the card's email also takes you there, with the code already filled in.
2. Enter your code in Your code.
3. Click Activate my card.
4. You read Your card is activated, with the end date of your Pass and the credits you received.

What a card contains

• Months of Pass: access to the apps, your AI team and the monthly credits. A card won in The Green's draw currently gives one month of Agency Pass, with its 400 credits.
• Sometimes extra credits, which are added on top.
• Already have a paid Pass? The card's months become credits, at their public price. For one month of Agency Pass: 793 credits. The exact number is written under the code field.
• Already have a gift Pass running? The card is added after it.

My gift cards

Further down, My gift cards lists all your cards, with their code and status: Activate before…, Activated on… or Expired. A card not yet activated has an Activate button. A lost email doesn't make you lose your card.

What it costs

Nothing: activating a card is free.

If something goes wrong

• "This code doesn't match any card on your account.": check the code, or sign in with the account that won the card.
• "This card has already been activated.": it only works once. Look at My gift cards.
• "This card expired on…: it can no longer be activated.": the deadline has passed.
• "This card has been cancelled.": write to us in the chat.
• "The activation didn't go through. Try again in a moment.": try again. After 20 attempts in an hour, you have to wait.
