In short: every creation is made on Express by default. You can choose Premium: the best models and a critical review, for a few more credits.

The difference

  • Express: fast and cheap. The right choice for most needs.
  • Premium: the most polished version, with the critical eye that reviews the work before showing it to you. For a website, AI photos and the art director's review are included.

Choosing in your office

  1. Ask your team for your creation in My office.
  2. On the card, at the question Which quality?, click Express · … or Premium · …. The price in credits is written on each button.
  3. Click Validate.

This question shows for made-to-measure Motiv videos, posts, course outlines and video scripts. When you ask for an image or a video in your office, the card offers Express, The best model for the request and Premium quality. The Studio itself has no Express or Premium choice: you keep Auto or pick a model.

In the apps (Vivra, Glyphi, Motiv), the level is also chosen before each creation, with its price.

What it costs

A few examples (Express / Premium):

  • A Vivra website: 15 / 30.
  • A complete Glyphi logo: 16 / 25.
  • A post with its visual: 3 / 4.
  • A made-to-measure Motiv video: 25 / 70.
  • A long Kinzo script: 1 / 3.

On Premium, in Vivra, Glyphi and Motiv, each chat message costs 1 credit; on Express, the chat is included.

If something goes wrong

  • "Not enough credits for Premium": top up your balance, or switch to Express.
  • A Premium video takes time: allow 30 to 60 minutes of preparation (Express: usually 2 to 7 minutes). We let you know when it's ready. One Premium video at a time per account.
  • A creation fails: its credits come back to you.
