In short: moving up takes effect right away, moving down at the end of your paid period. Switching to the Founder Pack doesn't refund your old Pass: it runs to the end of its period, then stops.

Changing your Pass

  1. Open your account menu and click My Pass and invoice.
  2. Click Change my Pass.
  3. Choose the new Pass. Under the button, you read what will happen before you confirm.

Moving up (from the Business Pass to the Agency Pass, or from monthly to yearly): the new Pass starts as soon as it is paid. The unused part of your old Pass is refunded by Whop, for the days left, minus the value of the monthly credits already used. The amount shows before you confirm. Moving to the Agency Pass opens Agency mode.

Moving down (from the Agency Pass to the Business Pass, or from yearly to monthly): click Schedule this change. Nothing is charged today. Your current Pass runs to the end of the period you paid, then you choose the new one. We remind you by email three days before and on the day.

Switching to the Founder Pack: the Founder Pack starts as soon as it is paid. Your old Pass runs until the end of the period already paid, then stops: no refund, and nothing more is charged.

Stopping your Pass

  1. Open My Pass and invoice.
  2. Click Manage or cancel: your subscription page at Whop opens.
  3. Stop the renewal.

Your Pass continues until the end of the paid period: the month, or the year. Everything your team made stays yours.

If something goes wrong

  • Your subscription dates from before 27 September 2026: a card subscription is managed at Stripe; one taken through the App Store or Google Play is managed in that store's settings.
  • You want a refund: within 14 days of your first payment, see Refunds and the 14-day withdrawal.
