Paying: Whop, card, VAT

In short: payments go through Whop, our payment partner, on its own page. You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card never reaches us.

How it works

1. In your account, click Choose (a Pass) or Pay by card (a top-up).
2. Whop's payment page opens.
3. You see the exact total, VAT included, before you pay.
4. After paying, you come back to your account.

After paying for a Pass

• "Confirming your payment…": YLC checks your payment with Whop and opens your Pass. It takes a few seconds, the page updates by itself.
• Business Pass: you land straight in My office.
• Agency Pass: you see Payment confirmed · your Pass is open, your apps, what your month includes and your subscription, with See my pass and Go to my account. An account starting its agency lands on its Agency path.
• Your receipt goes to your account's email address.

What it costs

Prices are shown excluding VAT. Whop sells the Pass as merchant of record and adds your country's VAT at checkout.

If something goes wrong

• A Pass payment failed: your monthly credits and access to the apps are paused. Click Settle the payment in your account. Your top-ups stay usable in the meantime, and The Green stays free.
• "The payment couldn't start. Try again.": try again in a moment.
• You can't find where to pay in the phone app: nothing is sold in the phone apps. Buy on the YLC website, in your account; the app then reads your Pass.
