The free Guest Pass

In short: the Guest Pass is a code for our hotel partner's members platform: members-only rates, up to −70%, for two nights.

Who gets it

• With the Agency Pass or the Founder Pack: free, any time.
• With the Business Pass: if you took it within 72 hours of creating your account.

Getting your code

1. Open My Pass and invoice. On the line "Your hotel Guest Pass is waiting for you", click See the gift: the Guest Pass page opens.
2. Click Claim my Guest Pass.
3. Click Reveal my code, then Copy code.
4. Click Open guestmember.com and enter your code to see the members' rates.

If something goes wrong

• "Out of stock": every code has been claimed for now. Click Keep my place: you'll be served first with the next batch.
• "Locked": your Pass doesn't include it (see "Who gets it"). The See the Agency Pass button takes you to the Pass page.
• "Something went wrong. Nothing was claimed, try again.": try again in a moment.
• "We couldn't read your Guest Pass just now": nothing is lost, reload the page in a moment.
