In short: Ondra writes, illustrates and schedules your posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube. Mila, your AI community manager, prepares posts as drafts: you read them, then they go out.

What Ondra is for

Ondra keeps your posting calendar. One text is adapted to each network you pick. You can write yourself or let Mila do it.

Who handles it: Mila, your team's community manager and designer. In My office, ask her "Prepare my posts for the week". Everything lands as a draft in your Ondra calendar.

Connect your first network

  1. Open Ondra: click My apps in your account bar, then Ondra. You land on your Calendar.
  2. Click Connect my first channel (or Add channel).
  3. Sign in on the network's own page. Your password never goes through Ondra.
  4. The message Account connected. confirms it worked.

Create and schedule a post

  1. Click Create post.
  2. In Select channels, tick the networks you want.
  3. Write your text, or click Write with AI then Write.
  4. Add an image: Media library, Upload, AI image or AI video.
  5. Under AI model, choose Express (fast and thrifty) or Premium (best quality).
  6. Choose the Date and time, then click Add to calendar. Or click Post now.

Approve Mila's drafts

  1. In the Calendar, open a post marked Draft.
  2. Read it and change what you want.
  3. Click Add to calendar to schedule it, or Post now.

What it costs

Ondra is included in your Pass. AI is paid in credits:

  • A post with its visual, for all the networks you picked: 3 credits on Express, 4 on Premium.
  • The text alone: 1 credit. The visual alone: 2 (Premium: 3).
  • A week of 7 posts with visuals: 21 (Premium: 28).
  • A 5-second video: 20.
  • An AI-suggested reply to a comment: 1.

Scheduling and posting cost nothing. If a creation fails, your credits are given back.

If something goes wrong

  • "Your … connection has expired.": reconnect your account from the calendar (networks button), then try again.
  • "… isn't connected: the post will wait.": connect that network. The post waits until then.
  • "… refuses a post with no image.": Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok need an image or a video.
  • "… only takes video.": YouTube only posts videos.
  • "Pinterest needs the board name.": fill in Pinterest board.
  • "You can't schedule in the past.": pick a future date.
  • "Not enough credits for Premium.": click Switch to Express, or top up.
  • "… refused this post.": click Adapt image and retry or Try again. If it happens again, write to support.
