In short: Tapio turns your photos and videos into stories, like on Instagram, shown as bubbles on your website. Mila, your AI community manager, can prepare them for you.

What Tapio is for

A story is a series of vertical pages, with a title, a button, a poll or a quiz. You put them in a placement: a row of bubbles on your Vivra site, your Straby page, or another website (Shopify, WordPress, Wix…). You see the views and clicks of each story.

Who handles it: Mila, your team's community manager and designer. In My office, ask her "Make a story for my new offer".

Create your first story

  1. Open Tapio: click My apps, then Tapio.
  2. Click Create a story.
  3. Drop your photos and videos, or click Choose files. Each photo becomes a page. You can also Start from a template or Describe it to Mila.
  4. With the tools (Text, Button, Interactive…), add what you want. A button needs a label and an https link.
  5. Give your story a name.
  6. In Where to show it?, choose My Vivra site, My Straby page or Another website or an app. Choose or create a placement, then click Done.
  7. Click Publish. Your story is Live.

For another website, Tapio gives you The code to paste: click Copy, then follow the guide for your platform.

What it costs

Tapio is included in your Pass. Creating, publishing and showing a story cost nothing. AI is paid in credits:

  • A story written by AI: 2 credits.
  • A background image, or a photo extended to vertical format (Extend with AI): 4.
  • A translated page: 1. Text ideas: 1.
  • Blurred background is free.

If the AI fails, your credits are not charged.

If something goes wrong

  • "File too large: 15 MB for an image, 100 MB for a video.": make your file smaller.
  • "This file is not an image (PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF) or a video (MP4, WebM, MOV).": change the format.
  • "A button needs a label and an https link.": fill in both fields.
  • "Give the story a name (40 characters at most)."
  • "You do not have enough credits for this.": click Top up my credits.
  • "Your session has expired. Reload the page."
