Glyphi

In short: Glyphi designs your logo, business cards, flyers, posters, menus, packaging and visuals. You chat with Mila, pick one of three concepts, then download print-ready files.

What Glyphi is for

Glyphi works like a graphic designer: it asks a few questions, offers three concepts, takes edits, then delivers a final pack. Your logo can become your brand kit, read by the other YLC apps.

Who handles it: Mila, your team's community manager and designer. In My office, ask her "Create my logo" or "Make me a flyer". Only the brand kit and the animated logo are done in the Glyphi app.

Create your first logo

1. Open Glyphi: click My apps, then Glyphi.
2. Click Create my design. The screen asks What are we creating?
3. Choose Logo (or another type), or describe what you need and click Start.
4. Fill in the brief: the name exactly as it's written, what you do, the style, some colours if you want. Click Create.
5. Answer Mila. When she has everything, the Create 3 concepts button unlocks. Click it: allow 1 to 3 minutes.
6. Click Choose this concept under the one you like.
7. Ask for edits if you want, then click Final pack.
8. Click Download all (.zip). For a logo, click Make it my brand kit.

Before you start, choose Express (fast and thrifty) or Premium (reviewed and corrected by Mila's critical eye).

What it costs

Glyphi is included in your Pass. The price shows under each button.

• A complete logo (3 concepts + final pack): 16 credits on Express (12 for the concepts, 4 for the final pack), 25 on Premium.
• Flyer, business card or poster: 8 for the concepts, 12 with the final pack (Premium: 14 / 22).
• Packaging, menu or brochure: 16 for the concepts, 20 with the final pack (Premium: 24 / 32).
• An edit: 1 (Premium: 2). A realistic mockup: 3 (Premium: 5).
• The animated logo is free.

If a design fails, your credits are given back.

If something goes wrong

• "The brief isn't ready yet: keep answering Mila.": the concepts button stays locked while something is missing.
• "Choose a concept first.": edits and the final pack come after the choice.
• "This file type isn't accepted (images, SVG or PDF)." or "File too large (20 MB max).": change your file. 12 files at most per design, 3 of them PDFs.
• "The design didn't complete. Your credits are refunded, try again.": just start again.
• "You need a logo first": for the animated logo, create or import your logo first.
• "This conversation is very long": create the concepts, or start a new design.
