Clama
Your Google reviews and your place on Google Maps: audit, review replies ready to copy, Google posts and a ranking map.
On this page
In short: Clama follows your Google listing: your position on Google Maps, your reviews, an audit and a task plan. Nora, your AI SEO expert, writes your review replies and Google posts: you copy them and paste them on Google yourself.
What Clama is for
- Ask your customers for reviews, honestly (Clama never filters out unhappy customers).
- Reviews: replies written in your voice, ready to copy.
- Local SEO: your listing audit, the map of your positions per keyword, tasks, Google posts, competitors.
- Prospects (with the Agency Pass): nearby businesses poorly placed on Google Maps, each with a mini-audit.
- Nora, your SEO expert in My office, reads your Clama summary, runs the audit and writes replies and posts.
Track your Google listing
- In your YLC account, tap My apps, then Clama, or go to clama.ylcnetwork.com.
- In Local SEO, click Add a listing. Search your business or paste the Google Maps link, then click Search.
- Click This is mine, choose My own business or For a client, then Track this listing.
- Check the Keywords picked for you and click Launch the scans. Results arrive in about 5 minutes.
- Open Local SEO audit and click Run the audit. Each point to fix becomes a task.
Reply to a review
- Open Reviews and click Draft a reply under the review.
- Read Your reply, click Copy the reply, then Open on Google to paste it.
What it costs
- A review reply: free (up to 100 a day).
- A Google post: 1 credit.
- A prospects search (up to 20 businesses): 1 credit, refunded if nothing is found.
- An instant map scan: 1 credit for 3×3 or 5×5, 2 for 7×7. The standard scan is included.
- An answer from Nora's assistant in Clama: 1 credit.
- Included listings: 1 with the Business Pass, 3 with the Agency Pass. Each extra listing: 12 credits a month.
If it doesn't work
- "Nothing found. Try the exact name and town, or paste the Maps link."
- "Your Agency Pass includes … listing(s), all in use.": add one for 12 credits a month, or stop tracking one.
- "This keyword was just scanned. One instant scan per hour at most."
- "Link the Google listing first.": add your listing before running the audit or a post.
- "Not enough credits.": top up credits.
- "Prospects are part of the Agency Pass.": this page is for the Agency Pass.
