Your agency guides

In short: your agency Guides are five ready-to-use templates: an agreement, an invoice, your price list, a website delivery checklist and the guide to sign your first client. You read them, copy them, print them.

Open them

The guides aren't in the sidebar. Open them with this link: My agency guides. The page is called Your ready-to-use templates.

The five templates

• Service agreement: what is delivered, when, at what price, and who owns what.
• Invoice template: the information an invoice must show, to adapt to your country and status.
• Price list: your "from" prices per service, to show or print.
• Website delivery checklist: everything to check before telling the client "it's live".
• Guide: sign your first client: the concrete steps, from the first message to the first invoice.

Use a template

1. Tap a template to open it.
2. Read it, then adapt it to your case.
3. Tap Copy the text to paste it elsewhere, or Print or save as PDF.
4. All resources takes you back to the list.

Your price list

It fills itself in: with your prices from My showcase, otherwise those of your agency plan, otherwise the suggested prices of the Agency path. It carries your agency's name. To change a price, change it in My showcase.

What it costs

The guides cost no credits. They're part of the Agency Pass.

If it doesn't work

• The page offers you the Agency Pass: the guides are part of it.
• The print button doesn't show: it doesn't exist in the phone app. Open the page in your browser, or use Copy the text.
