Getting started
Why the team asks me questions
Before a deliverable, the employee asks a few questions as buttons, for a good result the first time. Nothing starts before you validate.
In short: before a logo, a website, posts or a video, the employee asks you a few quick questions, as buttons. Your answers give the right result the first time, and the exact price shows next.
What it's for
A good logo, website or video depends on a few choices: style, goal, sections, tone, length, quality. Instead of guessing, the employee asks you, as if you set every option in the app yourself.
Answer
- The card shows for example "Mila has 3 quick questions before starting".
- Tap your answer to each question. The recommended answer is already ticked from your brand: change it with one tap if you like.
- Nothing fits? Tap Other… and write your answer, or dictate it.
- Tap See the price. The price card appears just below.
- Tap Validate to start, or Cancel.
Go faster
- Let Mila choose (under a question): the employee chooses for you on that point.
- Let Mila choose everything: they choose it all and move on to the price.
- Same as last time: your choices from the last deliverable of the same kind.
Once answered, the card folds into one line, Your choices. Tap Change to go back to it.
Express or Premium
For some deliverables, one question is about quality. For a video for example: Express, or Premium, the most polished, with a critical eye. Express usually takes 2 to 7 minutes, Premium 30 to 60 minutes, and you're told when it's ready.
What it costs
Answering the questions costs nothing. The price shows on the card after See the price, and nothing is charged before Validate.
If it doesn't work
- "This could not be prepared. Change a choice or try again.": change an answer, then tap See the price again.
- "Brief 60% complete" and a "Missing: …" line: some information about your brand is missing (or, in Agency mode, in the client's Brain). Fill it in for a better result.
- A logo from a photo of a person: without that person's consent, Mila cannot draw their likeness. Choose the option saying you have their consent, or a description for a fictional character.
