Account & privacy
Your data and your privacy
What YLC keeps, why, for how long, and what you can do yourself from your Settings.
On this page
In short: your work stays in your account and belongs to you. Nothing is sold, nothing is used for advertising. You handle the main things yourself in Settings.
What we keep, and why
- Your email: to send you your sign-in code and reach you about your account. New accounts also get a few guidance emails, which you can turn off.
- Your work (your brand, creations, contacts, meetings…): it stays in your account and is shown to no one, except what you publish.
- Your payments: handled by Whop. Your card never reaches us.
Your AI team and your data
Your AI team writes with Anthropic. It receives what you write to the team and your brand, never your account's email address or your payments. Under its terms, it doesn't use them to train its models. Your team reads your apps to prepare its work, but never sends, publishes or spends anything without your approval.
For how long
Your data lives as long as your account exists, except for these shorter periods:
- Memra meetings: 90 days;
- email addresses in Clama review requests: 180 days;
- Straby page statistics: 400 days.
What you can do yourself
Open your account menu, then Settings:
- Profile: correct your name and photo.
- Emails: turn off the guidance emails.
- Connections: remove a connected tool (calendar, Canva, Telegram…).
- Security: Sign out of every app, useful if you lost a phone.
- Your data: the privacy policy, the terms and the Delete my data page.
If it doesn't work
For a copy of your data, or any other right (access, correction, objection), write to support@ylcnetwork.com. A person answers you.
